Personal data processing policy

Privacy policy of the mobile application "Taiga IoT" of the company "LIV" LLC. This Privacy Policy of the Taiga IoT application (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that LIV LLC may receive about the user during the use of this application.

Using the application means that the user agrees to this Policy and the terms of processing of his personal information specified in it; in case of disagreement with these terms, the user must refrain from using the application.

2.1. The application not collects and stores the statistical information that is necessary to improve the operation of the application, the convenience of its use, and the development of new services and services.



3. Conditions for processing the user's statistical information and its transfer to third parties

3.1. When processing personal data of users of the Taiga IoT application, LIV LLC is guided by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On Personal Data".



4. Change of the Privacy Policy.

4.1. LIV LLC has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. When making changes in the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment of its signing, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.

4.2. This Policy and the relations between the user and LIV LLC arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy are subject to the law of the Russian Federation.
