The Taiga Pulse-NB is designed to count electrical pulses received through four independent inputs. Each input can be individually reconfigured to operate as an alarm input, enabling the device to collect both metering and equipment status information.
The device accumulates measurement data and transmits the collected information over an NB-IoT network.
Built-in memory provides temporary storage of unsent data when network connectivity is lost.
The device is shipped in Hibernation Mode to minimize energy consumption during storage and transportation. Until activated, it does not transmit messages and consumes very little power.
The following types of devices can be connected to the pulse counter: - pulse-output flow meters and water meters;
- water leak sensors;
- external equipment providing alarm signals.
